You have asked a very good question, as I have struggled with it myself and I am sure others have as well.
The truth is if they are interested they will perform. They will log in every day, read their training material, carry out their daily tasks and possibly ask you when they have questions. When they join, you can have a look at their ledger to see whether this is the case. From my personal observation, most of those who remain inactive do so from the start. Some will log in the first day, have a look at the website and that is it, registering only a zero versa point!! They will also be others who think that they will earn loads of money in a short time and so they will do all they can for a few days, earning versa points but when they don’t see the returns they will stay inactive. With this type, I think it is important as a leader that you explain to them right from the start, they are on a journey and should not only work hard but also be patient, persistent and have self-belief. Don’t be discouraged, just advertise widely, remember, “many are called but few are chosen.”
Out of 100, do not be surprised if you find only 2 active affiliates. That is just the way it is!
