First of all, their questions are a sign that they are interested and you should not be annoyed by them. Any time a potential affiliate has questions they should be answered in as much detail as you can, even if it means looking it up.
It's only natural for them to have questions. After all, they're new to SFI and they have a right to know what they're getting into, right? People are skeptical for good reason. With all the fake get rich schemes out there, they've probably been burned or know a lot of people who have, so they don't want to just jump blindly into something without checking it out first.
But tell them once they get signed up there will be lots of support and point them in the right direction for the help desk, forum, and your leadership page, and show them how to find their upline leaders, so they'll have all the support they need and get all their questions answered. This should build their confidence and make them feel more secure.
