Sponsor a zillion and 8 people and out of them you will get some active, interested affiliates. A zillion and 8 is figurative of course since no one actually sponsors that many. The idea is to sponsor a large amount of PSA's and out of them you will get some active affiliates.
There is no way to know what a person will do before they do it and even that person will not know until they begin working SFI and putting what they have been taught into practice.
The best thing we can do is send email to our team on a consistent basis and write things that are motivational and uplifting. I've seen some come to life after having been dormant for awhile. Sometimes when someone in your team reads your email something in it will rekindle the fire. We never know what might do it, but as we remain consistent and persistent in time a few nuts will rise to the top.
