You can keep anyone from doing anything that they purpose to do. You can only support the ones that want it. Some will and most will not. So when you see an affiliate logging in regularly but not achieving many VP send them a support message to find out how you can help them earn more VP.
Don't leave your PSAs to the 'wolves'. Nuture them. If they feel crowded they will let you know . But in most cases, they love the extra attention to you show to help them achieve there goal. Communication is the lifeline. Without it, your PSAa/CSAs with die off so fast you will think that they have a personal issue with you.
Most don't and as long as you understand that your success depends on how well you are able to lead your team. You must connect with them where they are. Help them grow to your level of expertise by answering there questions in a timely fashion and please don't ignore your affiliates. No matter how mundane or 'silly' the question. Just be a friend and business coach.
Being a friend does not mean that you actually expect to become bosom buddies but that you are open and honest at all times. You show them absolute transparency. Calm there doubts and reinforce there will to succeed. Do this and for the most part your workers will love you and rate you well. The rest are apathetic and nonchalant so nothing you do will help them except to wish them well at something they love doing.
