Versa points are reward points for taking appropriate steps or completing tasks daily that build your overall rank and worth.
Follow the SFI rules of success and STICK TO SFI basics and you are rewarded VP that make up both increasing rank and income over a period of time. Only you determine the length of duration in which you build both rank and income or total VP.
Further defined,
--> VP is broken down into sales VP when performing to tasks that earn commissions or income specifically.
--> VP is also broken down in action VP when actions are tied to tasks that build up your PSA downline or team. Specifically your PSAs and generation 1.
Together when you increase both your Sales and Action VP, weighted towards a max fixed sales VP and combined with increasing number of actions VP determine your overall Rank which determine your total worth or income.
For this reason is why everything in SFI is tied to VersaPoints. Your focus should not be only on increasing VP, per say, even though the more VP you earn the more income you earn. The reason being is main objective of VP is to determine your rank. Rank is determined by the SFI Basics of
1. Sales
2. Sponsoring
3. Duplication
VP is a reward of completing a task tied to one of those basic three. If you focus on building of VP and not the basic 3 areas, you will likely not be building your rank and likely be focused too much on income. Over time this will hit the law of diminishing returns as you need to build rank more so than just income through Sales VP.
This is the genetic make up of how VP is earned to fulfill the objective of ones success. Thus why it is critical to never lose a single VP as it's like throwing away free money or body muscle. Save every penny and complete every rep in your exercise routine and you will be both fit and wealthy which combined brings success.
