It is not too easy to convince others about SFI. In an effort to do so, I have faced rejection again and again. One has to take this rejection in one's stride.
It is inherent in SFI that one has to work at least 6 months , if not more , to finally start earning a decent commission. We all know that the trick in that is to duplicate and teach them to do exactly what you are doing. You reach a point where some CSAs get assigned to you but almost all of them, in my experience, do not even log in everyday, despite repeated exhortations. My efforts to enroll potentially good PSAs have failed so far, because the first thing they want to know is how much I am making from SFI ! It is the chicken-and-the-egg story. I have maintained EA status for the past 10 month and this will be the 11th month. I once reached BTL status and slid back again. Unless I find some really good PSAs and band together an effective team, I know I can not make much headway.
So accept rejection on the chin and carry on regardless ! Some day,I am sure I will get a break.
