My downline would learn to focus on duplication through my leadership and the skills that I demonstrate through my actions, this will explain the importance of duplication since my success will be used as their motivator. Through consistency, focus and strategic planning I decided that working towards earning a badge every week will demonstrate to my team that I really want this and if they want it bad enough they would follow their leader.
My team would recognize my consistent actions. Since joining SFI with a passion to succeed I have made it my duty to login daily, complete my daily actions earning VersaPoints daily, participating in the Pricebenders auctions and by searching around in the TCredits store for any products that would help me to succeed. Oh! and also with my extremely competitive nature I like seeing that I have the longest streak ever! :-)
Encourage your team to take small steps to achieving success by taking the time to read and understand the system. They should not get overwhelmed and do too much too soon. I would check on their activity every day and point out one (1) task at a time that was missed and ask for them to complete at their leisure. This process may be a slow one, but step by step your team would learn to replicate your actions and everyone will follow resulting in a solid team.
It is also important to stress sustainability to your team members. SFI is not a get rich quick scheme and it will take a period of time and commitment to achieve substantial income. I strongly believe that is how wealth is achieved in this type of business. So in other words be a Positive Role Model to your team they will definitely appreciate your efforts.
So, let’s continue to clone our business community. According to LaunchPad lesson #11 “Your harvest will come in time. Be Persistent. Be Patient. Work the Web using our proven SFI system. Think long term. Take action every day, (no matter how small) to build your business. And always remember, THE ONLY WAY TO FAIL IS TO QUIT.”
