Duplication is so very important to learn in order for you and your downline to become successful.
I would suggest trying the following to try to get your downline to focus on duplication.
1. Have them read and understand the Basic 3 Steps plan. https://www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics3Steps
a. Become an Executive Affiliate every month.
b. Recruit 5 affiliates.
c. Teach your 5 affiliates to do the same Basic 3 Step plan.
2. Share with your downline the same techniques that you used to recruit your 5 affiliates.
3. Introduce your downline to all of the other Marketing and Training methods that they can use to recruit 5 new affiliates.
4. Ask your downline to create goals and a plan to help them recruit 5 affiliates, this might help them to stay focused on duplicating.
5. Introduce your downline to the Earnings Calculator https://www.sfimg.com/PopUp/EarningsCalculator
By doing this, they can play around with different options on the type of income that they can earn by following the Basic 3 Step of duplication.
6. Always be available to help your downline with questions in order to help them learn the process of duplication.
