Because getting Goals for SFI are very different types of goals that you would set, and which would be totally different from what your personal goals would be, I would suggest the following:
I think that if you are new to SFI and you want to learn how to set proper Goals in SFI, the best thing to do is to read and understand the Glossary definition for, "How do you set SFI monthly goals?".

Here is how you set SFI monthly goals:
1. Go to the goals tab here: https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=goals
2. Running along the left, top part of the page are boxes to enter your goals for the month. After you have entered your numbers, click the "Save goals" button below. Note that you can edit (or update) and save new numbers at any time.
If you are looking for guidance about what your goals should be, what numbers you should enter, our advice is as follows:
What is right for you depends on your experience, your skill set, your personality, how much you are willing to invest in time and money, etc.
We can't tell you what goals are right for you; only you can determine this.
That said, if you are very new to sales and marketing, we recommend that you be very conservative and enter small numbers.
Nothing wrong with starting small! The worst case scenario is you will not meet your goals, but then you can use this knowledge to set more realistic goals for the next month.
Through trial and error, you will learn what are realistic goals for you to set each month. But whatever you do, make sure you are using this valuable business tool.
