Omg, there are some downline I can think of that i would not mind ringing their necks...all but 1 of the 100ish in my downline..Just kidding they know i love em :) I have been sending mail and Team mails, and emails, and if i had their address i would be doing that to! but i strongly recommend Introducing yourself, and offers to make their experience a little easier I can remember the 1st week here and it was so overwhelming i almost deleted my account, but tell them, what you would have wanted to hear starting a program like this, and that your a team that you will mow their lawn or wax their.. ok going to far... sorry. kinda bsing this question because i am seeing some really good answers and obviously what i am doing is not working,
