I am giving a very short & crisp answer to this question:
All SFI affiliates are not needed to be taught duplication till the attain EA*2 status. Free affiliates should be taught to read SFI basic & Launch Pad & log in daily.
You start teaching duplication you your EAs & BTLs as follows:

Once they go through SFI Basics thoroughly , there is no need for further guidance. Only you need to be one rank higher than them so that they follow you as your Leader.
