Duplication is when you do what you would have them do. The golden rule works very well here. If you want them to contact you, contact them first. If you want them to become an EA, then you must do it first. You should always lead by example. Don't expect your team members to do anything you're not willing to do yourself. Once they see that you've already done what they need to do, they'll be more likely to follow your lead. Show them your badges, and just be a good sponsor and help them to get where you are. They will want badges like yours and anything you can do to help them achieve their goals without preaching at them, the better.
SFI corporate will be working to help them as well, so there is no need for you to keep telling them they need to set up a standing order or what they need to do in order to become an EA. Just send them motivational and encouraging e-mails. Build their trust by not harping at them, or trying to force them to do things. Force never works. It will just make them want to quit. Be gentle and understanding, focus on their needs and they will like you and want to do things to help you.
