Its actually pretty easy. You can't force anyone to do anything, but if you give them the proper information, they will most likely follow it, or at the very least find a method that they prefer that will still make them successful, which in turn makes you successful.
First and foremost, before you preach anything to any of your down line, make sure you do it yourself. If you're telling people that they need to have a Standing Order, but you yourself don't, they are going to think that you are just benefiting from money that they are spending. Also, if you say one thing and do another in one instance, they will think that you do that for everything you say.
Next, pick out a few good, basic things that you do in order for you to earn some VPs and or PSAs. Some good things to mention are Standing Order, S-Builder Co-Op, Daily Grand contest, Your Daily Actions, etc. etc. Advertising techniques are a great thing to mention too. Posting flyers in public places, giving out TC giftcards, posting links on social media sites, etc. Give specific examples of what you did for each type of advertising strategy.
Having people copy you in the roundabout way is better than actually saying "Duplicate Me" or "you need to do everything I do in order to be successful". Tell them everything you do in an email, and they will either naturally copy you, or they will get their own ideas from things that did or didn't work for you.
