First of all just support them, with your knowledge and presence, lead them by example, they have to know that you'll be there for them, that you truly are a team. Then award them (gift certificates, T credit, chose by necessity) when they flourish, and praise their achievements with others, all the time.
Many would be just plain proud and wont accept your help, so be creative.
There are so many possibilities in SFI how you could do that.
Organize a competition, and compete with them (that's important), then when they win it won't be just money offered to then, it would be something they really earned.
