The answer to this question depends on what type of support that you are referring to. There are multiple types of support:
1. Financial support--if you are short on finances yourself, then you shouldn't expect yourself to support your downline financially, and your downline should not expect you to either. Struggling with finances myself, I have found that the best way to support your downline financially is to invest it in yourself. By doing so, you are building your badges, and will also give your downline the ability to see that it is possible to succeed even without requiring lots of finances.
2. Knowledge support--it is very important that if your downline is contacting you requesting information, that you make sure that you provide them with the most correct information. If you are unable to answer their questions, you should reach out to your upline and a2a members. Also, if you have some downline members that are proving to be very successful, you could contact them and get their assistance as well.
3. Leadership support--your downline may never ask you for information. It is your job as their upline to provide information to them even when they don't ask for it. You can do this by means of direct email, PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer, or Genealogy Mailer. As a suggestion, create a newsletter that you send out once or twice a month. Determine what you want to convey in your newsletter. Do you want to provide online business information, articles of success or assistance, or to just touch base with them.
If you are lacking support in any of these area, there are multiple ways to gain this support yourself. To name a few:
1. Financial-place items on TripleClicks.
2. Knowledge-use the knowledge based training, forums, a2a members, and your upline.
3. Leadership-your upline, IAHBE, forums, online articles.
I hope this helped! Good luck with your success and Keep the Faith!!
