First and foremost, I would make sure to have a Standing Order myself before I tried to convince anyone to get one. Secondly, I'd do it indirectly. I'd put the benefits of having a Standing Order in my blog on my Leadership page, in my "Best Tip", and also in Stream Posts and forum posts. In this way, it is highly likely that your downline will see it, and it is indirect exposure to the Standing Order. You aren't singling out any particular affiliate and telling them that they need to have a standing order. This way, they won't feel pressured.
Another way to do it is to list out all of the benefits of a Standing Order in a group mail, and speak to your whole audience. So the opening of the email should be something like "To all of my team members...", or "Here's a good idea for anyone to use..." Again, the fact that the information is to everyone makes people realize that while it might be great advice, you aren't singling them out and aren't trying to force them into doing it.
Hope this helps. Best of luck and success to all!
