Hello!
Your Question is somewhat tactical, but let me give a try.
I am a Executive Affiliate today but some few months ago I was consistently working very hard only getting 330 to 450 versa points which can’t qualify me to becoming an EA, not until my 4th month when I got a boost from my Co-Sponsor with a GC worth $2.00 followed by numerous TC. This very act by my Co-Sponsor rejuvenated me and gave the audacity to carried out a serious plan which make me to qualified for EA the following month.
The point here is every hard working PSA/CSA deserved support from the Upline Team Leaders. Remember as the Sponsor or Co-Sponsor you succeed only if they succeed.
Now the question is how to render financial support. This can be done in many ways by sending to the bank account of the PSA/CSA if they reside in the same locality with the team leader or by hand. But if in other country there are more than 40 payments/Receiving channels that can be utilized depending on the type accepted in the country to which you are sending the cash. The easiest one is Western Union Money Transfer and so many others.
I think it all depends on your financial capability to helping your hardworking downline Affiliates to grow in the team as your No 1 responsibility as the Sponsor or Co-Sponsor. Normally here in SFI the best way to assist your hardworking donline Affiliates is by sending them GC,TC or any other redeemable item that they can used to set up a standing order to becoming a EA. Have I made a positive contribution to this question? I believe I do. Thanks For reading it.
