It's not your job to convince anyone. SFI corporate already reminds them of this and coming from you it looks like you're desperate to make more money.
Your job is to encourage and motivate them by noticing the good they do and
rewarding it with praise and giving them incentives to climb the ranks.
Offer them a contest where the prize is an sbuilder unit or tcredits or a
reassignment IF they do certain things, like fully set up their profile
or become an EA. You can also give them a place in your Coop. Or offer to
give them a discount on Sbuilder by sharing the cost. For instance, if you
have 3 people who have made EA this month, offer them Sbuilder units for
$6 each and include yourself. Once the money reaches your account, you can
buy the units and set up the coop in your coop manager at https://www.sfimg.com/PowerTools/TLCoop
Always...and I mean always, stay positive in your dealings with your
team members. Remember they are paying your commissions and without
them you've got nothing. So never say things to them that will drive
them away. Give them your support, your guidance and your respect and
help, motivate and encourage and NEVER ever ever try to force them into
doing anything. It's up to them just like it was up to you.
