Let us take this from the beginning.
1. A person joins SFI to create an income. They read and learn and do one or two things. They build a business or they leave.
2. The SFI business has the tools and the training to create that income. The income created can be reinvested into their business.
3. Does anyone need to pay for the tools or the training? No, it is all free for any SFI affiliate to use.
4. Is there any difficulty in using the tools? Yes there can be if you have no knowledge, but the knowledge is provided by the training.
5. Do affiliates need help even though the training and the tools are provided? YES, (a very big YES). They need you to encourage them, share tips with them, share resources with them and answer their questions. They NEED to know you are THERE for them and that YOU believe in the SFI business.
6. Do affiliates need their sponsor to pay for them? NO, (a very big NO). Although it would be very nice to pay for your affiliates business needs, it would be counter-productive. The idea of this business is to create your own income. To do this you need to have your team members DUPLICATE YOUR ACTIONS, which will in turn create an income for them. If you are paying for your team members business needs how are you going to create an income for yourself? Why would your team members even make an effort if you are paying for them? They must make a commitment to their own business so they value their business. The commitment will be TIME or MONEY or BOTH.
7. Should you reward your team members? YES you should if you have the funds available to do so without endangering your own or your family's well being. You can reward your active team members in many ways (Tcredits, Gift Certificates, Coop shares etc.). The biggest and MOST IMPORTANT rewards are RECOGNITION of achievements and YOUR DEDICATED SUPPORT. All other rewards are superficial.
