In this question I'm going to address the financial point of view in running a SFI business.
First you have to perform an inventory of your downline. How many PSA and CSA do you have? How many of them are currently active? How many of them are your movers? By asking this question, it doesn't mean that you are excluding those who haven't log in at all. It is only a way to find out how much it would be for your fund to set aside as your budget in building your team. Then list down your expenses to maintain your EA, and TL. It only make sense to become TL if you have downline, for bigger payouts, better perks and more power. The whole team will benefit on this. If you are an EA, then concentrate on learning all the tools and resources available and especially in Sponsoring, because you want to start building your team.
Make a list of all the necessities involve to be able to move up from EA to TL. Are you able to support your downline, without sacrificing your Standing Order commitment? Do you have enough funds for Sponsoring? If you don't have enough funds, then you may consider to start selling TC products, this may take a little while but you'll learn at the same time, how and where to advertise. You can also ask your upline, if he can assist you, after all, we are in the process of performing Duplication.
By setting up a business plan that is within your means and working closely with your upline and the whole team, accompanied by your, consistency, determination and commitment, you'll be able to succeed.
