I truly like this question. The reason why, is that ever since I have read the question on my profile when I was filling it out at the time, It asked if we will be having family members? will your target be friends? colleagues? friends of friends? your co-workers or office mates? or even your neighbor?
Well, I've been doing that ever since. Of course, I started inviting family first ones I know what I needed to do for SFI. Then I started to create meetings with friends and friends of friends invites from all over so that they too can listen in to my presentation and join, if my presentation is good enough then I get a YES! answer. Then I recently targeted my neighborhood. Which is the best! Why? Because my neighbors are not hard to talk to. Since I already know them and we all see each other in the same building everyday, I set up a meeting every week and also for them to have a referral to our weekly meeting. It has been working out for the past 2 weeks. I hope that it will continue for a very long time. We all use the same Internet Connection but everyone has it's own electronic device to check on their business with SFI. I don't think that is a problem at all. Sometimes we all go through it at the same time together so that we are all learning at the same time and doing our To-Do-List at the same time. That also gives more chances for more communications with everyone and they also feel much better when you do things with them.
So, try to do some of the things that I've been doing. You never know, it might work for you to attract more PSA's or CSA's on your downline. Plus should you decide that you want to be on top of your team, it would be easy for you since you all have a schedule to meet up, see each other or talk to each other once a week.
Hope this guides you there just a little bit. I know that it takes work but if you start recruiting from family and friends first, its the best move you have made; Then it will just follow through after that because of what you teach them to do with their own business. Also, always remind them that they need to check into their business everyday and do their To-Do-List. It's a must!
