Rewarding MOVERS who are really working their business, have established a Standing Order, are logging in on a daily basis, and especially communicating with me every once in awhile, I give reassigns from their own or nearby countries.
Unfortunately, some of my PSAs whom I have given reassigns to seem to "cool down" and do not continue the activity required, they will not qualify for additional reassigns. If these PSAs can be reassigned, I reassign them under another PSA who is serious about their business. For this reason in my weekly Newsletters (which I send to both PSAs and CSAs) I stress the importance of Focusing on THEIR SFI business and do what they must do to succeed. I also send personal Team Mails to PSA MOVERS asking them various questions to get to know them better and establish a business relationship with them.
Within Team Newsletters I emphasize the wonderful opportunity we have with SFI, and share some of the tips available to us from the answers in ASK SC, Stream entries, Tips and the Forum. Our a2a Friends are also very helpful, as are our Upline Affiliates!
I live in Oregon and have lived in Northern California where "Prospectors" came from every where to discover Gold! Well, we are all "prospectors" on an International scale, and "there is a lot of gold to be found in them thar hills!" With Internet we do not have to break our backs, but do need to "work hard" as we sit at our computers and just share what we have available to assist others to AIM HIGH and DREAM BIG! Being your own boss takes work, sometimes more than one hour a day! Being a Leader begins with leading yourself. We must establish our mindset and mine is "FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION!
