I've found that there is no one promotion that has been more successful than another. First you need to find out what each affiliate needs. Is it financial aid, instruction, encouragement, or all of these things.
Communication and relationships are key.
It do my best to instruct them, right from the beginning, all the various ways of earning income from this fantastic business opportunity, and to convince them they can do it with the support of their team and community (Forum). I use Google Translate to communicate if they don't speak English. Other ways are to hook them up with an a2a friend or someone else on your team who speak the same language and/or live in the same country.
Without building relationships it is virtuously impossible to help a floundering affiliate. Most don't want to invest their time, so work with the people who contact you. Answer their questions ASAP and if you don't know the answer, admit it and find out from your sponsor, upline, or the forum. Submit a ticket or instruct your down line to submit a ticket to SFI themselves.
If you teach someone how to fish they are fed for a lifetime. If you give them a fish without instruction you'll be feeding them forever.
