In order to make my affiliates trust me and follow me, I need to lead by example.
Because my team will do what I do and not what I ask them to do!
To be a role model to my team, I would do the following;
1) Login everyday and complete my daily, weekly and monthly actions without fail. It will help me go to a leadership position which in turn will motivate my team to follow me.
2) Update my Leadership Page with some useful tips and information which will be helpful to my team. Announce a couple of monthly promotions to create the excitement.
3) Earn as many badges as possible. It will create good impression as a leader. I myself always compete with my upline to get more badges. Badges will reflect how active you are in this business in all aspect. (Action speaks louder than words)
4) Be available to my team (through call/mail) when they need my help. But I will make sure I'm not spoon-feeding them in any way.
5) Wish them on special occasions and make them feel good and comfortable.
6) Help my affiliates with special tips, especially when they are in the middle of some qualification.
Just make sure there is no communication gap between you and your downline affiliates.
These points will definately help you to develop trust with your affiliates and get them to follow your leadership!
