There is a vast difference between the two, though the both may be geared towards the same goal and that is to get a good return.
With the traditional business you may need to do a market survey to ensure that you are entering the right business or maybe to have an idea of the possibilities of success but as an SFI affiliate the work is already done for you all you need it to enter with a determining spirit and work towards your set goal.
Again the traditional business is exposed to more risks whether it be financial, market, operational or otherwise but the only risk an affiliate is exposed to is what imposed on yourself. If you work hard you expect results. No free meal.
With the traditional business there will always be winding down cost but as an affiliate you could get up any day and decide to give up on your dream but there will be no immediate cost just a loss to you for that decision.
There are lots of overhead costs in the traditional business which must be factored in the price of the products but with SFI no overhead cost because I am sure majority of affiliates had internet connection before the thought of SFI came and they were already paying for the service so this will not be an added cost as a matter of fact your will be making good use of the service and the returns from SFI can enable you to upgrade your internet package.
