"Trust" is built over a period of time through actions.Actions that bring about a trust:
- Initiate a warm and friendly conversation like you would with an unknown person in the real world.
- Get to know your affiliates likes,dislikes,strengths,etc. The more you know about your affiliate and his/her intentions,goals you are in a better position to guide him.
- Once you know a bit more about your affiliate personally,start talking about business and what actions can be taken to improve.
- While you do all this,ensure you answer any and every doubt he may have.In case you are unable to answer immediately,seek outside help of your upline and various SFI resources.
-Communicate,communicate,communicate.The most powerful tool.Do it on a daily basis if required.
