Once you are a leader it goes without saying that you have won some amount of confidence and trust by your followers.Now its for the leader to maintain and increase the level of trust by his behavior
A true leader can develop the trust by
1.Following closely the affiliates
2.Teach them and guide them to increase the affiliates interests in the sfi business
3.work with them and work for them.
4.The should set up an example and he should follow what all he ants his affiliates to follow.
5.The leader should be a trend setter.
6.In short the leader will built up trust and confidence to his affiliate only when he leads them from front.
