It think everyone needs to have their own reason for joining SFI.
I would explain my own situation and the reason I joined SFI. I would explain how there are millions and millions of potential customers on the internet right now and how I have spent quite a bit of money during the years to try and get a foothold into this market.
I would explain the pitfalls to look out for and then reassure them that SFI is the only one that has ever paid me any money.
I would ask them what their outlook is for the future and wether an extra income would help them out. I would then give them a brief outline on SFI and TripleClicks to pique their interest.
I would also be very sure to explain to them that this is not a get rich quick scheme and that they would need to put in some effort. That their success is tied dirctly to the amount of effort they put in.
If they weren't interested I'd move on, but I'd follow up with them maybe 6 months down the line. Sometimes people want someone else to test the water first.
