Developing trust in a team is not an overnight task. It takes time to build a close relationship. The team leader must constantly communicate with his downline and be there for them. Generally, I’ll send a message to my team at least once a week.
By just asking “How may I help you?” or “How can I help you?” you are showing that you are concern about them. You’re not just treating them as business partner but you are going beyond the normal support one can expect in the business world. A prompt answer to their message is a very important key in developing trust. I congratulate and reward them for their achievements. For a year, all of my PSAs who will achieve EA, I’ll reward them 5 Affiliates and for renewing to EA2 or becoming a Team Leader, I’ll send them Gift Certificate and a place in S-Builder Co-op.
I just sent this message of thanks to our team:
Good Day Team,
I would like to thank everyone, who has submitted his/her sponsor and co-sponsor ratings for the month of August. I appreciate very much all your comments. I encourage everyone to send me a feedback, how I can improve my service and support. I believe that, establishing a close relationship in our team is vital to everyone’s success. I am committed to support everyone in our team, who has the passion of helping others to succeed, in building his/her own team. I thank you so much for your support.
