Let me start by saying that the only way to build a Team with true team spirit in SFI is to leave the communication open so at any time your team members can get a hold of you.

Next I will tell you that it is best if you reply with in a timely manor because if you do not then that team member may think you do not have time.

Once you get a great team going, if it were me, I would start a group chat in either Skype or on Facebook so you can get feedback from each person in your group.
