Ingredients of a Team are individuals.
Imagine yourself as an artist, dropping down colors on a canvas, and then move a little back and observe. Afterwards focus on details, considering that each detail will become the part of the whole.
As Aristotle said: "The whole is greater than the sum of its parts."
This is the picture of my thoughts about a "true team spirit" It may seem a bit abstract, although, it helps me when working with people, either as being in an up-line and/or a down-line.
SFI has a very strong training program. There are many articles and tips about how to sponsor affiliates. Each one of us can easily access to this same material. The key is to focus both on the big picture and the details, individually, and integrate them.
This is not an easy art but one thing for sure, as you "work with the workers" you will learn more.
