I am not sure of the best way. A simple way, is if you are using a safelist, or even more than one, is to send the emails out to the safelist with your co-op ID.
All safelists have a free account level. I have one I upgraded so I can send 12 times a day, to the whole list of 15,000 people. Ask SFI about safelists.
