I would like to address this question by defining the acronym for the word TEAM.
T - Stands for Together
E - Stands for Each
A - Stands Achieve
M – Stands for Much
SFI is a people based type of business, which means without people there is no SFI. For every SFI AFFILIATE to succeed in this business, we need to love other people because they are part and parcel of our success in this business. Trying to run this business on your own will be similar to running a marathon facing backwards.
Although you are in this business on your own, you are not by yourself. For you or me to know about this business, I had someone giving me information about SFI.
To build a TEAM, we all need to comply with certain credentials e.g.: love others, the will to share, don’t be selfish and avoid jealousy. In network marketing, you will find that your down line is more knowledgeable or prosperous than the sponsor, and in such cases you are supposed to celebrate our achievements. We need to avoid destructive negative criticism of other team members and back-biting each other. The main goal is to acknowledge that you success is my success and your failure is mine.
Team work is all about complimenting each other and not to compete against one another. We must realize that as individuals we are gifted differently with skills, talents, education and so on. We need to share with our team in order to achieve our goals.
One of the other important attributes of team work is COMMUNICATION, and communication is a two way process. There’s nothing as discouraging like sending all forms of motivational messages to your team and not receive any feedback, even if it’s a simple ‘thank you’. As a leader you find yourself in a predicament because you don’t know whether you are doing well or not. LET’S TOGETHER FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL.
