Teams are created for both long term and short term interaction. In SFI you should have both short and long term plans for success of all the team members.
2. Team building refers to a process of developing team work by bringing together different groups who work for a common goal.Send your team members e-mails weekly to motivate and guide them.
3. Team building is so important because you share strengths, responsibilities and resources. You also overcome obstacles or challenges together. Share gift cards and incentives with your affiliates.
4. In a team-oriented environment, you contribute to the overall success of team members in your organization. Work with your affiliates to produce positive results for every team member; which is a win –win situation. You are unified with your affiliates to accomplish the overall objectives of win and becoming successful. The bigger picture drives your actions; your function exists to serve the bigger picture.
5. You need to make your interpersonal relationships with your affiliates positive, supportive, clear, and empowering.
6. Lastly, team building and planning events and activities have the potential to bring your affiliates a strong sense of direction, workable plans and solutions, a powerful feeling of belonging with and on the team and clear, strategic customer-focused values.
