I will go straight to the answer without dilly dally.
First and foremost, you must have a TEAM to build before thinking of building it in a true team spirit. And SFI have provided its affiliate several ways or resources to achieve this purpose.
I will base my answer on two strong points:
1. SOUND EDUCATION: I do not mean the education you get from your high school or university (but it is necessary) but I am referring to getting educated about SFI. All the knowledge you are required to acquire about your SFI business are all made available to you when you log in to your SFI homepage, under the Training menu. You must be SFI educated to confidently organize an SFI team.
2. EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION: As an SFI team leader, you must imbibe an effective communication skill with your downline in order to build confidence and trust with them. This will encourage them a big deal, leading to effectiveness and efficiency in their SFI business.
