This is what I have done to try to build TEAM cohesion and strength. To let you know when I talk about TEAM this includes every generation and CSA's.
1) I send weekly TEAM mail
2) I review the individual TEAM member and reach out to them on a personal level (this includes translating English into their native language).
3) I have created a TEAM Newsletter that has various incentives just for those subscribed (I do have regular incentives through my TEAM mail, but these ones are for those that are really serious).
4) In the Newsletter I offer to promote my ECA's products to all that are subscribed.
5) I have created a Facebook group for my TEAM to get a more personal feel what their thoughts, concerns or motivation may be.
6) I am available through Skype for one-on-one help.
7) Everybody has my email
I do all these things to give what I feel is the most complete help I can provide. By offering this help I have seen it encourage my TEAM to try to repeat the process with their TEAM which leads to duplication. Everybody knows I am not just a anonymous name but an actual person willing to help them any way I can.
