Team spirit is through the time put in, it develops and deepens as one grows the spirit between the team members...we are the cheer leaders of our team. We have the spark to light the fire within the group.
There are countless books and audio programs on enhancing sales, management and leadership skills and what I have learned from attending business-related continuing education studies over the years; is it is a lifetime process and anything I learned 10, 15 or 20 years ago helps me add the seasoning and flavor that I have today and it is the synergy I bring to the team. Life and its experiences (good and bad) make for a unique blend and I gladly bring these gifts and talents to the team and I look to the other members for the gifts and talents they have. Motivation is the key strength within any group. Good work...good day...in every way!
