Normally once the affiliates join the SFI he/she will start to get lots of mail about SFI which he/she might not read all.
First of all you need to send personal email regarding yourself with your introduction. once you get reply back that's the time you need to start conversation with him/her. you can add in Facebook or messenger or Skype whatever possible to chat or keep conversation alive.
There is a lot of technique and style which you can find in sample message (there is "a letter from your Team Leader" which is very useful for all new affiliates)and forum. you can send him or feed him one by one so he/she easily understand what they need to do.
Do not send long or paragraph email or letter. send by numeric style like.
"Daily review the To-DO- List which you will get 11 points", "From weekly action, sending the message to genology - 30 VP"
Try to send everyday but in shortcut. Keep good relationship, so he can learn about SFI which give you more benefit back to you.
