The prospect should be able to paint the picture over time that you are progress in business and as long as they sit on the fence they are missing out. Make them want to be a part of the action.
Finally, conclude each message with a strong call to act now with benefit added reasoning. Give them a reason to join your team. Reward them for doing so.
