From the day they sign up up to the third month would be a very crucial period for your PSAs. Thus, you need to have a strategic plan to ensure they start on the right track.
1. Your PSAs progress
Highlight on building discipline; log in daily to SFI website is a MUST as this is part of their learning process and to keep them motivated.
2. Ensure that your PSAs don't confuse
Please pre-inform them in your welcome email, if they are on the verge of confusion to communicate with you or the Upline Team immediately.
3. Don't let them stuck in learning
They need to start taking action. This is how they can free themselves from the learning loop. Start creating plan and execute their plan, and they will see progress. If they keep learning, that won't help to give them anything except they'll burn their mind with too much information.
4. Willingness to invest
Start investing their time and money today to make their SFI business a real success. This is how they make money online.
5. Having a goal in mind is a MUST
Without a goal, they will be aimless. Please keep reminding them to review their goal tab.
At the end of the day:
Duplication should be the main focus. Do you know what happens when you bring in 5 people, they bring in 5, they bring 5, they bring 5, then bring 5. You have about 3125 in your own "downline" all bringing a few dollars to you each and every month that could grow to a few thousands within a few short months. That is how they should build their business online.
