First of all, EA status comes with a lot of responsibility. Are you able to do everything it takes to keep it up? Making EA now is easy enough if you are able to do fast track and keep above the green line. I've seen people do it in only one day, but when it got harder the next month they seem to get discouraged and drop out because they're still broke and have a hard time coming up with any funds to grow their business.
The first few months as an EA can be tough. You may not make hardly anything at first unless you're able to get new PSA's and help them along at the same time as you're learning the business and spending a lot of time online.
Unless you're really internet savvy, I recommend that you do everything you can to learn the business first. Promote like crazy and get a few PSA's first and then once you've done that, then spend some time getting to know them and let them know you're with them all the way. Then become EA together by helping them to help themselves. This means you keeping in close contact with your team leaders and asking them the tough questions, while you learn to help those in your downline to answer their tough questions.
You don't graduate college on your own. And it takes learning a lot of things to make it through college. It's the same thing here. Become a student first, then you can become a teacher, first by following, then by doing, then by leading. This is what will help you to make the most money. Once you can set a good example, those in your downline will be more likely to follow your lead. That's when you should strive for the best for them, and set a path for them to follow by becoming an EA when you're ready to handle the responsibility.
