What a great question. I hope my answer will be helpful to new team leaders.
My plan is simple and easy for the new PSAs to do, without the need to reinvent the wheels.
1. Get them to Fast Track within 24 hours if they have just registered by explaining the benefit of receiving a bonus 200 VP when they have scored 500 VP.
2. Get them to complete Getting Started and Intermediate actions to earn all the required 1500 VP to become Executive Affiliates. Tell them to read and understand the LaunchPad lessons, but not to collect points from them as they will need the source for action points next month. Encourage them to read/review the SFI BASICS and the SFI RULES OF SUCCESS, the SFI Compensation Plan, and the FAQs.
Explain the VersaPoints, and how SFI business is built upon accumulating VersaPoints.
3. Once they become EA on their first month, then they can do the LaunchPad on their second month. This time, setting up standing order would be the time to do so. Suggestions will include 125TCredit pack recommended by SFI, for $36.25 with 1500 VP; or a combination of a share in S-Builder Co-op for $22 with 280 VP and 100TCredit Pack for $29 with 1200 VP, with short explanation on the benefit of their choice. So PSAs can think about it and decide whether to invest if their funds will allow. Support and advice will be intensified as it is during this time when PSAs need it most.
4. On their month, if PSAs have managed to remain EA and become EA2, it's time to use the Reassignment Tool to help them build their team. Some may use this tool earlier in the second month, but it will be more effective when they become EA2, an important milestone in the leadership process. PSAs who are EA2s are now emotionally ready to be leaders. Encourage them to read the SFI News, the valuable posts at SFI Forum, and the answers to different questions at ASK SC, which may relate, inform or motivate.
