Negativity will come. It always does. It's how you handle it that makes the difference.
It's more of a numbers game than anything else. I was taught a long time ago that for every 100 no's you may get one or two yes's.
So I try to get the no's over with and don't let them bother me.
Just ask questions like, "What if you could make more part time than
you're making now full time?"
People are naturally skeptical. But they go from one extreme to the other when offered a business opportunity online. They either will or they won't. All you can do is lead them to the water. You can't make them drink. So just be a friend and offer them a way out.
Interested parties will come with you and the others will balk, but you will have a strong team if you just continue to offer your help and keep sending the emails out, encouraging and motivating, over and over and before you know it, you'll have EAs and BTLs, and everyone will be calling on you as their leader.
SFI isn't a get rich scheme and it will take time, but just keep leading by example and you'll see pay dirt soon.
