When faced with negativity when promoting SFI, I thank the person for their time and walk away. It is important to understand that some people are not open to network/affiliate marketing and a lot of people are skeptical.
Do not take a "no" personally. It is not a reflection of you but of the other person. Once you can manage to keep a smile on your face after the "no" you are in a very good place. I view each "no" as motivation to continue and get a "yes."
Moving forward, try to end the conversation before you get a "no." If they appear to be not interested by their nonverbal communication I will often say, "This may not be the right opportunity for you (or I get the feeling you're not interested). But thank you so much for your time." Oftentimes, they will come back with a rebuttal of interest. If not, that's ok too.
