For me it depends on the type of PSA;
I send a welcome letter using Teammail so that it comes from SFI which is the one place they recognise so far.
I introduce myself and give my personal email so I can start sending personal emails if they agree otherwise I continue with Teammail.
I try to suss what kind of person they are:
- a competitive person will want to do well in their E365 class so I will explain to them about making VPs to maintain themselves above the green line whilst not passing the EA line while they have no downline, for fear they might use all their easy VPs in the first month when they can save some for the following months where it is not as easy to collect them. I will explain about combining the routine following of the to-do list with a standing order, in their case preferably S-Builder unit in order to start a team that will help them become a team leader. They should play on the Win tab and join Wave3 to maximise their chances of winning additional VPs and TCredits which they can then use in auctions or in rewarding their working affiliates or in getting their friends and family to post items on TripleClicks!
- a laid back person or a person with less financial means might want to take their time. They can still ensure they are above the green line so that they are finalist in their E365 class but what is most important is that they don't miss a free VP where there is one. The to-do list routine is vital and it only takes 30 minutes in average. Slowly but steadily they can build their fortune and stop themselves from burning up too quickly. I give them tips to remain in the race without running too fast which their means or preferences might not allow. I point them to the many free resources on SFI and show them how they can share an SFI/TripleClicks sales or auction once a week or more on Facebook if they think someone might be interested. Any new user who gets one will get them commissions from then on!
- a person that joins SFI/TC as an ECA needs to make contact a lot and list their products in the clearest and most attractive way possible. I speak to them about putting their products up, advertising and making their online prices attractive enough to make even their offline users attracted. I explain that the more people they get online to (their store in) TripleClicks, the more they benefit as having attracted these people to SFI/TripleClicks make them earn commissions on their buys for life. I show them the forum where they can mingle and understand their potential customers. I also show them the many ways of advertising that SFI offers and the many ways that they can get their own customers to earn commissions on the ECA products they advertise by being an SFI affiliate for free!
There are many more types of people, I am sure. I am learning as I get more PSAs and so will you. Understanding people and how they can harness SFI for their own success depends on making sure we have had a conversation with them to understand what they like doing and what, in the long term, will continue to work for them. We don't want anyone to burn their energy or money too quickly for our instant gratification because everyone's success and happiness in our teams makes our success and happiness with SFI.
Hope this helps. All the best
