In my opinion, the first month is completely reading and learning the business.
How?
Convince your affiliates to work hard from the start, filling their profile quickly, uploading their photo, whitelisiting their most important contacts, etc. That way they will get Fast Track extra VPs.
Once they have done that, they should read and UNDERSTAND as many Launchpad lessons and articles as they can (not necessary to read all of them in the first month, but more important to understand and start putting in practice them).
Of course, get their Daily Actions 11 VPs.
That way they will be EAs from the first month.
From the second month, they should place a Standing Order for 125 TCredits and start taking part in the Auctions with small budgets (10 or 20 bids) until they understand how they work and later become expert bidders. This will give them extra VPs and MRPs that they will save for the future.
Being sure that they will become EA2s, they can start building their downline team by getting PSAs via direct purchase in Tripleclicks or buying S Builder co ops.
For the third month, they will be very busy sponsoring their good PSAs, while they receive their automatic 1500VPs from the Standing Order.
This might be the most complicate task, as they have to be very consistent to encourage their PSAs by being their example: collecting badges, participating in Ask SC and forums, in two words: Being Present for their PSAs and, of course, e-mailing them constantly supplying Tips and answering their questions.
This schedule will make them take off quickly and see the benefits come in the medium term.
