Like me when I was just starting, my new affiliates also need training and guidance. Just like me, and to create duplication, they have to be leaders of their own team. They have to be role models in order to build authority and influence on their downline affiliates. We can train and organize our team by applying the five-step empowerment:
1. I DO IT—> I Model
As a leader, part of your job is to inspire your downline affiliates to push themselves to greatness. To do this, you must show them the way by doing it.
I have standing order of 1500 VPs, currently have S-Builder Co-op share, establish power rank overall, country and class, actively participate in Ask SC, Wave 3 member, IAHBE member, pricebenders winner, daily grand and etc.
2. I DO IT AND YOU WATCH—> I Mentor
My downline affiliates will from time to time refer to my leadership page and see how I'm doing in SFI. The badges will act as a proof of my activities. Thus, whenever I send the geanology mail to explain how things to be done, it is more encouraging as "we walk the talk".
3. YOU DO IT AND I WATCH—> I Monitor
By using My Movers, I can concentrate on those active affiliates. Specific attention can be given to these affiliates especially for fast track affiliates and reach EA status. From this point, offer them an incentive by setting up standing order of 1500 VPs.
I can still remember when I first joined SFI, my initial aim was to reach the 1500 VPs to qualify as EA. But I'm clueless, what should be the next action. Upon reaching my 1500 VPs, I received e-mail from my sponsor offering reassignment of 20 affiliates if i setup a standing order of IAHBE or 125 Tcredit.
I was so excited and immediately the next day have standing order of 200 Tcredit. As promised by my sponsor, I received the 20 affiliates and immediately become BTL. My sponsor congratulate me and suggested for me to buy targeted advertising shares of affiliates. I was so thankful to my affiliates.
Leaders will always monitor their affiliates progress.
4. YOU DO IT—> You Move Forward
You know what, from the 20 reassigned affiliates that I received, only 1 was active. Soon, I realize I need to sponsor more affiliates to build my SFI business foundation. First, I setup SO of 25 affiliates, then setup SO of S-Builder co-op, bought another 500 affiliates from ECA, then another 50. Now I have about 1000+ affiliates (PSAs, 2nd and 3rd Gen, and CSAs) with only about 20 actives affiliates.
The main thing is that I do it and move forward.
5. YOU DO IT WITH SOMEBODY ELSE—> We Multiply
The duplication process will be repeating by YOU and your affiliates.
By applying this, I'm not only developing the potential skills of downline affiliates, I'm also building a strong and effective team that will also create duplication. I can nurture them by believing in their skills, encouraging them to grow, sharing my ideas and thoughts with them, and trusting them to do the same to others.
