I am recently become an ECA and I am brainstorming with the same question. I came up with few success factors that I want to share.
1. Product -
If we don't have have product yet to sell, we must look for product that are easily available in our place and repackage it to suit TripleClicks Store.
Another product and services that is worth considering are those that are related in SFI business. Example, if you know how to make website then offer that service.
If we already have products to sell what we need to consider is the packaging that would suit the TripleClicks's business environment.
2. Price -
Our price must be competitive specially if there are same product and services offered in Tripleclicks. We can have high price on something that is unique and we don't have competition.
3. Shipment -
We must consider the shipment of our product, its cost and ways to ship our products. Its the reason why many are resulting to selling downloadable items.
We need to consider seriously selling only to our own country if we are selling physical products because shipping them abroad will cost more than the item.
4. Advertising -
We must constantly advertising our products and services within SFI, we can do this through a2a friends, through stream and messages. Prepare an ads for every item you sell in TripleClicks and send them to your contact at SFI.
