There are only FEW VERY important things you have to let them know:
1.First of all BE HONEST!!!
Don't promise them fast earnings in short time.
Let them know that the more they learn about SFI and TripleClicks the more powerful they get.Also ,that same knowledge will be very valuable when they will have to transfer it to their team.
Let them know about all the different ways they can earn cash(SFI Compensation Plan):direct commissions , executive pool ,co-sponsor commissions ,ECA program as well as to check the benefits chart and earnings calculator.Also don't forget to mention (if you already haven't) the $50 and $250 cash prizes that they can win from E365 and Wave3 as well as rewards from Daily Grand and T-Time.
2.Let them know about importance of BUILDING A TEAM and how to do it.Send them to the forum,social networks groups(if you know/have any),your up-line and give them all support you can so they will know that they have something/someone to relay on.
3.Let them know about the importance of the ADVERTISING aspect.Give them necessary links,safe lists,templates for advertising,places they can advertise on,personal gateways,how to use hit tracking option,what to advertise and so on.
4.And last but not at least :Teach (and encourage)them to THINK POSITIVELY and not to give up at the first,2nd or 10th obstacle.Obstacles are designed so we can jump them over,move forward leaving the people with prejudice,doubts and small dreams behind us as well as to filter the successful people from unsuccessful ones.
