The second month could be a challenge to accumulate VPs to renew to EA2 without investing money. Therefore, recommend to them to place a standing order, if they are serious with SFI. Support them in their journey towards achieving to become team leaders. Although SFI provided all the resources and tools, they will need your help in doing their sponsoring, participating in pricebender auction, supporting their downline and so on. If you as a team leader, can convince them that you're committed to their success, then you have started to build a strong foundation to everyone in your team.
It will rake time and this will put you into challenge, which requires patience, determination and perseverance and at the same time building your character, your quality of leadership.
